Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Skype for Business. A remote user can cause the target service to crash.

A remote user can send a specially crafted message containing certain emoji characters to the target user to cause the target user's Skype for Business to crash.

Sabine Degen of SEC Consult Vulnerability Lab reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target service to crash.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
